I’ve been making a nonmedicated version of this pot potato salad for decades, just as my father did before me. No matter how much I make, it always seems to disappear, even if the crowd is small. Of course cannabis potato salad makes a great side dish for a summer cookout, but I like to serve it year round.
The Pot Potato Salad can be made up to a day ahead of time. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
