Recipe: Marijuana Infused Mixed Green Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup cannabis infused oil olive preferred
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste


  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled


  • Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. 
  • In a large bowl, toss together the salad ingredients with the dressing until well combined.  Divide among (preferably chilled) salad plates and serve immediately.
